Originally a thoroughbred horse farm, The Mangione family purchased Turf Valley in 1978. Nurturing the business from a quaint country club, the Mangiones soon expanded the array of services provided, allowing Turf Valley to become the area’s foremost catering and event establishment. In 1988, the family dream of building a luxury hotel amid the lush golf courses came to fruition. Please note: There is a fee of $15 for each additional person after double occupancy to a maximum of four adults.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Based on the guest room and food & beverage commitments made by the Organization, Turf Valley is pleased to provide the following special considerations:
- All dogs under 1 year of age must be kept in an exercise pen or a crate
- All dogs will be crated when room is unattended.
- Rooms inspection to take place before check-in and after check-out
- Hotel reserves the right to access damages after departure and charge guests accordingly even for excessive dog hair.
- Campers and RV will be allowed to park complimentary in the hotel parking lot but will not be allowed to be occupied by guests overnight.
- Pet policy must be signed off by each guests with a dog.
- A $50.00 nonrefundable pet deposit will be charged to each guest room occupied with a dog.
- Should noise complaints be received by hotel, dog owner may be liable for room charges of complaint.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 12:00 Noon. For any guest checking out after 1:00 PM, a one-half day room rate charge will be incurred. The Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
